Organizations reach a point where the work in front of them requires an evaluation nobody on staff can perform. Not because staff are unskilled, but because psychological assessment and diagnosis require a doctoral credential most clinical and administrative teams do not have in house.
The concern behind every referral out is the same, and it is rarely said out loud. Send someone to an outside provider and you risk losing them.
That is not how this works. Dr. Jovanovic evaluates. He does not take over care.
The person comes to Dr. Jovanovic's office and is assessed, the question is answered, the report goes to the people who need it, and the person returns to the team that was already working with them. In practice the relationship generally gets stronger rather than weaker. A clinician who has been stuck with a client for months, working hard and not moving, gets a clear diagnostic picture and a direction.
Evaluations are prepared to be read and used by outside reviewers, including schools, licensing boards, employers, and other clinicians. Reports document what was administered, what was found, and what the conclusions rest on.
Tell us what your population looks like, what questions keep coming up, and roughly what volume you are dealing with. We will follow up to talk through an arrangement that fits.
