Dr. Jovanovic is the doctoral evaluator you can refer into. Your client gets a clear written answer to the question you asked. They come back to you for the work you do.
This is the concern behind most referrals, and it deserves a direct answer. Dr. Jovanovic evaluates. He does not take over care. The evaluation happens, the report is delivered, and your client returns to you.
The point of the referral is to make your work possible, not to replace it. In practice the treating relationship usually gets stronger, because a clinician who finally knows what they are working with can aim the work.
They are recognisable rather than diagnostic, because the point of a referral is that the diagnosis is not yet settled.
A one-page letter answering the question you asked, in plain language, with what it means for treatment.
The full evaluation report is available as well, but the letter is written so you do not have to read forty pages to get the answer. It states what was found, what the diagnosis is where one is warranted, and what it suggests for the work you are already doing.
Evaluations are private pay. The fee and terms are published in full on Fees & Scheduling, so you know what you are sending a client into before you send them.
A referring provider who knows the fee refers better, because they send the right people.
Fees & SchedulingGet in touch and Dr. Jovanovic will take it from there, including contacting the client directly to schedule the evaluation at his office.
Evaluations are prepared for use by outside reviewers. Reports document what was administered, what was found, and what the conclusions rest on, in language a reviewer can apply directly. Evaluations are conducted for educational accommodation, professional licensing and testing accommodation, employment and fitness-for-duty questions, and disability determination.
Tell us about the client and the question you need answered. We will follow up to arrange the evaluation directly.
